Getting started
What is shatter?
shatter develops game cheats with adjustable aimbot and ESP controls. Explore the interface before choosing your access, configure your own setup and manage purchases and downloads in one account.
Which games does shatter support?
Our current product is built for Overwatch. Each product has its own page with its features, interface, access terms and availability.
Where can I check availability?
The product page shows current availability and exact prices. When access is open, choose a one-time term of 1, 7 or 30 days. The status page covers service interruptions.
Which systems will be supported?
shatter requires a supported Windows PC. Exact builds and system requirements will be published before sales open.
How does the interactive preview work?
The browser preview uses visuals and control definitions exported from the native interface, with sample settings you can explore. Text rendering and window behavior can differ from the Windows app. It does not connect to a game or change your product configuration.
Your account
Do I need an account?
You can buy with an email address first. The one-use link we send then creates or attaches the account that owns your access, downloads and Windows loader.
Where do I download the loader?
Open Downloads in your shatter account. Your Windows download appears there when your confirmed purchase is ready. If it is still being prepared, that page shows its progress.
Can I sign in with a username?
Yes. Choose a username when creating your account, then sign in with that name or your email address. Existing accounts can choose a username under Security. Email is still used for purchase links, verification and password recovery.
How do I sign in to the Windows loader?
Enter your email or username and password directly in the app, or choose Sign in with Shatter to use your browser. Download the loader from the same account you use to sign in.
Where should I look for access or download problems?
Start with the status page, then check the relevant product and order in your account. Keep your order reference ready when a support flow asks for it; never include your password or sign-in codes.
Windows setup
Why can Windows show an unknown publisher warning?
Windows may show an unknown publisher warning. Download shatter only from your signed-in account. If you are unsure about a download, contact support before opening it.
Do I need a new download for every launch?
No. The loader stays installed and checks for updates when you open it.
What does Reboot required mean?
Restart Windows, reopen shatter and try again. Contact support if the message returns.
Access & purchases
Does access renew automatically?
No. Access is sold as a one-time fixed term and does not renew automatically. The purchase page shows the exact current amount and duration before payment.
When does my access period start?
Your purchased time starts with your first activation in the Windows loader. Activate within 30 availability days after your download becomes ready; after that, activation needs manual support review and time does not start automatically.
How are refunds and service downtime handled?
Refunds are rare, reviewed only by the owner and granted at the owner's discretion. Narrow exceptions may include a proven duplicate charge, proven payment fraud or a purchase that shatter never delivered. Changing your mind, disliking the product, not using it or receiving a game ban are not refund grounds. Verified shatter platform downtime receives the same amount of access time back.
Will every previewed setting be included at release?
The interface is still being developed. The final release feature list will be published before purchases open; triggerbot and advanced outline work are not currently presented as available features.
