Terms & refunds

Clear before checkout.

These terms describe the fixed-term shatter offer, when access starts and how exceptional refund reviews work.

Effective 22 October 2026

Purchase & activation

Access is available as 1 day for $7.99 USD, 7 days for $29.99 USD, 30 days for $64.99 USD. Each term is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Checkout reserves the order to the supplied email address; payment alone does not create usable access.

You must complete the single-use mailbox claim and secure or attach the owning account. Paid time begins only when you explicitly activate the ready product in the Windows loader. Activation is expected within 30 days after the customer download becomes ready; later activation requires manual review.

Refunds are exceptional

There is no self-service refund. Every case is reviewed by the owner, refunds are rarely granted, and any refund remains at the owner's discretion.

Narrow grounds that may qualify are:

  • A proven duplicate charge.
  • Proven payment fraud.
  • A paid purchase that shatter never delivered.

Changing your mind, disliking the product, not using some or all of the access period, or receiving a game ban are not refund grounds. An activated term has no automatic or prorated refund promise.

Service credits

Verified downtime caused by the shatter platform is handled as access time, with the same amount of confirmed unavailable time added back. Game maintenance, unsupported customer systems and third-party account or game enforcement do not create an automatic credit.

Account & device

The mailbox claim establishes purchase ownership. Website and loader access remain bound to that account, and the first native sign-in binds the reviewed customer device identity. Sharing, resale outside an approved reseller flow, redistribution and attempts to bypass access controls may result in revocation.

If you believe one of the narrow refund grounds applies, contact support from the purchase email or your signed-in account with the order reference. The support request starts a review; it does not approve a refund.
